Payment is split into 2 stages:

Once we have completed all our work and the purchase of your property has become unconditional , the balance of Success Fee is due. If you do not proceed with a purchase, then there is no Success Fee for you to pay us. For our additional services (Auction Bidding; Property Management; Finance & Solicitor), we can offer a customised service fee when you Contact Us for your free consultation .
