Payment is split into 2 stages:
An initial fee of $900 (non-refundable) is made when you appoint us as your Buyers Agent by signing the agreement to get started.
Once we have completed all our work and the purchase of your property has become unconditional , the balance of Success Fee is due. If you do not proceed with a purchase, then there is no Success Fee for you to pay us. For our additional services (Auction Bidding; Property Management; Finance & Solicitor), we can offer a customised service fee when you Contact Us for your free consultation .
