This client was open to different locations, we helped him to explore other suburbs such as Kedron, Ashgrove… After a few attempts, we have successfully found this beautiful home satisfied all of the requirements and more! This home is surrounded by the similar style homes on the same street, also with a walking distance to the park which was definitely a bonus for my client who has a lovely pet.
